Food for thought. Roasted Butternut Squash Gnocchi with Spinach and Sage.

Today was a rough day, comfort food was necessary! This is very much an autumn meal, but I was craving something warm and filling and healthy, so I said “nah” to my planned meal and threw this together, loosely following a sorted.com recipe. I’ll post full details tomorrow, now I’m going to go cuddle with my man, or maybe go for a walk…
