Food for thought. Dragon Bowl.

The picture only shows our dragon bowl toppings this evening. I had spent all day walking in the sun, got a bad burn, received some news (that was less than desirable) about my husbands work, and was starving. Once the food was on my plate it was only a matter of a prayer of thanks and seconds before it was being digested. No time for a picture.

There’s no need for a recipe just compile these four components:
1. Grains
2. Veggies
3. Protein
4. Dressing

It’s very flexible, delicious and easy! Perfect for summer.

As for the news, well I’m just trusting in God’s will.
