This is my go to smoothie recipe because it is absolutely delicious, terrifically simple and adaptable. Only three ingredients!
This is a green smoothie.
(It's funny cause its not actually green…)
What you need:
1 cup frozen fruit of your choice
1 cup milk or milk substitute
2 cups of greens (I prefer spinach)
You'll also need a high powered blender to blend up those greens!
What you do:
Put everything in the blender and go to town! Add more of anything you think it lacks, and enjoy!
This is a perfect addition to lunch on May 1st!
